At Bluefind Intelligence, we aim to provide investment professionals—including investment bankers, venture capitalists, and corporate development teams—with timely, reliable access to deal flow, investor intelligence, and company insights. We understand that your business needs may change, so we've designed our cancellation and refund policy to be transparent and straightforward.
We currently offer three types of subscription plans to meet different business needs:
Self-serve subscriptions billed monthly.
Self-serve subscriptions billed annually.
Custom agreements with tailored access, support, and billing terms.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your account and features until your subscription expires.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused features, or unused access during the active subscription period.
Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
Yearly subscriptions are billed upfront and provide users with access for a full 12-month period.
You may cancel your yearly subscription at any time; however, cancellation will only stop the auto-renewal for the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused months or early termination.
Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of the 12-month term unless cancelled at least 7 days prior to renewal.
If a significant service disruption or failure to deliver promised features occurs, users may request a prorated refund subject to review and approval by our support team.
Enterprise customers are bound by the terms defined in their individual Service Agreement or Master Subscription Agreement.

Enterprise contracts typically require a 30 to 60-day written notice prior to the end of the contract term, unless otherwise agreed upon in your specific agreement.
Early termination may be subject to applicable early termination fees or payment of the remaining balance on the contract term.
If you believe you were charged in error, please notify us within 7 days of the charge by emailing support@bluefind.com. If verified, a full refund of the erroneous charge will be issued.
Cancellation due to inactivity does not trigger automatic refunds. You must actively cancel your plan through the appropriate channels.
Bluefind may terminate (or suspend access to) your use of your subscription or your account for any reason at its sole discretion, including violation of our Terms of Service. You will not be entitled to a refund in such cases.
